At Go Hotels, we are continuously monitoring the development of COVID-19 around the world. Our number one priority is the well-being, health and safety of our guests and team members. In order to secure just that, we have set-up procedures, plans and routines in place. Our hotel operates as normal and our guests can feel safe when staying at or visiting our hotel.

 We follow the guidelines of local health authorities and act according to our set-up routines and procedures in the event of a case of COVID-19. Our team members are trained to handle situations that may occur at our hotels and we have confidence in their abilities.

At our hotels, hygiene and cleanliness are always prioritized. We are also emphasizing the importance of good hand hygiene based on recommendations from local health authorities.

Following the Danish government’s recent regulations, our bar and breakfast buffet are open again. 

Kindly note, that from Thursday, October 29th 2020, all guests and staff are required to wear face mask when waking entering and using public areas. The mask is not needed when sitting down at breakfast or in the reception. All alcoholic beverages are closed for sale from 22.00.

Cancellation information:

Due to the current situation with COVID-19, we are we receiving a lot of inquiries regarding cancellation of future bookings. We ask for your patience when contacting us about cancellations of future bookings.

The cancellation policy for your booking is still valid. This means, that you can see the applicable cancellation policy on your confirmation, which still applies for your reservation with us.

Flexible bookings can be cancelled free of charge within the time frame noted on your booking confirmation. The cancellation deadline depends on where you made your reservation (direct or through another sales channel like, Expedia/ or third part agency).

If you made a flexible booking directly with us through phone, e-mail or our website: We are able to cancel your flexible booking free of charge up until 14:00 (local time) the day prior to your arrival. If you contact us after this time, there is a cancellation charge corresponding to the full price of the first night of your stay. If you do not show up for your booking, the same rule applies; the payment for the first night will be charged as a no-show fee. Remaining nights can be cancelled free of charge.

If you made a booking via, Expedia/ or another agent, please contact them directly in order to cancel your booking – we are not able to do that at the hotel.

If your booking is prepaid, it is non-refundable and cannot be changed or cancelled free of charge. We ask you to contact your travel insurance if you are not able to travel – they will be able to help you in this case. However, if you have booked prior to 9th March 2020 directly through our website and are unable to use your reservation due to current travel restrictions, we will change your reservation without any cost for a future date within 2020. Please contact us if you want to change the dates of your stay.

We do not offer refunds and modifications of non-refundable bookings due to cancellation of external events or flights. However, if you are unable to enter Denmark due to travel restrictions, we can change the dates of your stay.

We are aware of the unique situation we are currently in and fully understand that travel plans might need to be cancelled or changed. We ask you to accept, that our cancellation policies cannot be changed without it having fatal consequences for us as a small, privately-owned hotel. Our staff are doing the best they can in order to reply quickly to all inquiries and we hope you will treat them with kindness.

What we do for the safety of our guests:

  • We follow the guidelines and recommendations of local authorities
  • Increased focus on hand hygiene.
  • Increased cleaning and hygiene protocols.
  • Extra daily cleaning of all public areas with anti-bacterial liquids and disinfection.
  • Regular disinfection of exposed surfaces such as door handles, card terminals and elevator buttons with anti-bacterial liquids.
  • Offer disinfectant dispensers in public areas to our guests.
  • Observance of the procedures for dealing with colleagues who are ill.

Security precautions that anyone can take to protect themselves and others from COVID-19:

Frequent hand washing

  • Have hand disinfection ready
  • Avoid unnecessary hand contact
  • Avoid touching eyes, mouth and nose
  • Cover the mouth with the elbow when coughing and sneezing • Keep at least one meter away from coughing or sneezing persons
